Cellar Management

At Joseph and Curtis we learn how a client would like to organize their collection and what type of specific cellar management system is most beneficial for that individual.  The wine collection can either be "tagged" with individual bottle tags or high tech scanning systems which enable the cellar to correspond to wine regions or grape types, with producers and vintages sorted together, as well as placement of the individual bottles.

The most important aspect of wine cellar organization is inventory tracking. A cellar is constantly in flux. Without consistent, up to date information about quantity and location, finding a specific bottle becomes increasingly difficult. A poor wine inventory will lead to a waste of wine as much as poor storage conditions.
