Inherited Wine Cellar Design & Build

December 30, 2020

The Cellar Journal

First we hope everyone is safe and sound, and as always drinking good juice. That being said here is a wine room we “inherited” from another vendor which when we took the project over it was framing only. The owner was not comfortable with the design or prep work so he found Joseph & Curtis. We took the project from framing to this old world wine room in just over 2 months.

The wine racks were built out of walnut with two drawers and led lighting. The room is climate controlled with a ductless split cooling system and the owner chose a stone tile for the floor before we were hired (we liked the pick). There will be a brick backsplash in the arch and some hardware for the doors and this cellar will be live.

We hope you will choose Joseph & Curtis Custom Wine Cellars for your wine cellar build - contact us today!

Cheers!
